Volunteer with the RRC!

The Raza Resource Centro (RRC) periodically welcomes UC San Diego affiliates to volunteer and assist with special events, programs, and initiatives throughout the academic year. These one-time volunteer opportunities provide students with a meaningful way to support the Centro's mission while contributing to a welcoming and engaging experience for the campus community.

Volunteers work alongside RRC student interns and career staff to support event logistics and community engagement. No prior experience is required.

What Volunteers Help With

Depending on the event or activity, volunteers may assist with:

• Event setup and breakdown
• Guest check-in and wayfinding
• Preparing supplies, materials, and decorations
• Hospitality and material distribution
• Greeting and welcoming participants
• Light cleanup and resetting shared spaces after the event
• Other event-related tasks as needed
