Booking the Centro
The Centro is currently not accepting after-hours or weekend reservations.
For student organization reservations, please contact our Student Life Operations Specialist, Monica Gonzalez, at magonzal@ucsd.edu.
Student organizations may reserve and use Conference Room 104 (downstairs) only during our regular operational hours.
For internal or external organizations, faculty, or staff interested in hosting office hours, group meetings, or programs at the Centro, please complete the reservation form and contact our Facilities and Operations Coordinator, Ivvan Reyna, at i1reyna@ucsd.edu.
Downstairs Room 104 & Upstairs Conference Room 215
Rooms 104 and 215 are equipped with a projector, screen, HDMI and VGA cables, tables, and chairs. Downstairs room 104 can accommodate up to 30 people, while the upstairs conference room seats 12 people. Please remember to bring your own computer adapters unless otherwise confirmed by RRC staff.
