Booking the Centro 

Room Reservation Form

Please note that the registration form does not save progress and must be completed in one session. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation number. This confirmation number is required for any changes to a submitted registration.

At this time, the Centro is not accepting after-hours or weekend reservations.

Available Spaces

The Centro offers the following reservable rooms:

• Downstairs Classroom 104
  Capacity: up to 30 people

• Upstairs Conference Room 215
  Capacity: up to 12 people

Both rooms are equipped with a projector, screen, HDMI and VGA cables, tables, and chairs. Please bring your own computer adapters unless otherwise confirmed by RRC staff.

Student Organization Reservations

Student organizations may reserve and use Downstairs Classroom 104 during regular operational hours only.

Faculty, Staff, and External Organization Reservations

Faculty, staff, and internal or external organizations interested in hosting office hours, meetings, or programs at the Centro must complete the reservation form.
