Booking the Centro
The Centro provides various rooms and spaces to students, graduate students, faculty and staff. These spaces can be utilized for group meetings, group projects, presentations, and lectures. All other uses can be considered and are up to discretion of the Centro.
Demand for space is high. Request for space is as followed:
- Affiliated student rrgs in the Semillas Program: 3 days
- Non affiliated student orgs and gradute students: 2 weeks
- Faculty and staff: 3 weeks
- Off campus collaborators: 6 weeks
Please note that the registration form does not save progress and must be completed in one session. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation number. This confirmation number is required for any changes to a submitted registration.
The Centro does not accept after-hours or weekend reservations.
Available Spaces
The Centro offers the following reservable rooms:

Downstairs - Classroom 104
Capacity: up to 30 people -
Upstairs - RRC Library 224, and RRC Conference Room 215
Available only during regular operating hours and subject to the discretion of RRC staff and/or availability of other spaces within the Centro. Capacity details may be shared upon request if the space is being considered for reservation and will be further discussed as needed.
Rooms are equipped with a projector, screen, HDMI and VGA cables, tables, and chairs. Please bring your own computer adapters unless otherwise confirmed by RRC staff.
Faculty, Staff, and External Organization Reservations
Faculty, staff, and internal or external organizations interested in hosting office hours at the Centro must complete this specific reservation form (click here).

Student Organization Reservations
Student organizations may reserve and use Downstairs Classroom 104 during regular operational hours only.
